Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will exchange it for a new one or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.

Defective or damaged items must be reported within 14 days of receiving the product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to defective or damaged items.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
